    Poor quality

    recieved my necklace and it broke upon my first time wearing it. i was merely unscrewing the top to show someone whaf id put in it… this wouldve been fixable, the necklace itself was beautiful prior to breaking, but then i contacted customer service and havent heard anything back and its been almost a week and ive contacted them twice. all in all, really disappointing and overpriced for something that broke so quickly and the customer service was unresponsive. really upsetting cause this necklace held something VERY special to my heart.
